Termframe is a R&D project website. Its attempt is to present a terminology knowledge base for Karstology in English, Slovene and Croatian to the broad public. Beside terms and their definitions, the base contains images, the term’s frame, a structured presentation of the concept’s defining features, an interactive graph of its neighbourhood and – if relevant – a map of geolocations where the karst phenomenon may be found.
The newly developed search engine is intuitive and user friendly. It automatically detects the language of the searched term and responds in the corresponding language.
